Underground Civil Supplies
It’s great to be working with our good mates at Underground Civil Supplies on the Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport (WSI) Project! Construction is underway and on track for the late 2026 opening.
The airport will be a state-of-the-art piece of infrastructure providing international, domestic and freight services. It’s expected to support almost 28,000 jobs by 2031 and boost local business in the area.
The Spacer Company is providing custom-made baffle spacers designed and manufactured at our factory in Brisbane.
Baffle Spacers enable customisation of the trench or duct layout for applications that may not be possible with our Standard Conduit Spacer range. The baffles maintain spacing for conduit throughout trenches on the project, ensuring the conduits are located exactly as required.
We can manufacture custom-designed spacers from CAD data in DXF format or our team can provide a design to suit any application. The baffles are CNC Machined using 15mm thick PVC Celluka Sheet. Baffle Saddles are available for 100, 125, 150 and 200mm conduits to reduce any ovality caused by with ground settling.
